For general handyman-type services, we charge a $75.00 flat rate for the first hour, $35.00 per hour thereafter, billed in half hour increments.

We will do minor plumbing, electrical, and small repairs that can be done in one hour.

Yes you can get a free estimate. We would have to schedule a appointment. So we can go over the work you need done.A big job to you, could be a small job for us. After we assess your situation, we will give you a verbal estimate or tell you how many hours it will take to complete your job. All written estimates have a $50.00 charge, which will be taken off the estimate if we get the job.

Materials can be purchased by you, or provided by us, we will be more than happy to pick up materials at your local building supply store. All materials for pick up have to be paid for by you, your building supply store will put your order in will call for you. We will stop by and get order the day of your appointment.

We require full payment at the completion of the project. On jobs over $500.00 we require half the money down for material costs. We accept cash, or checks for payment.
